About the Role:
⭕ *Sales Assistant – Full Time*
Our company is a leading supplier of hotel items for the tourism and hospitality industry in Sri Lanka, with our own factory for branded production. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant
🔷 *Employment Type:* Full Time
➡️ *Working Days:* 6 days per week
⏰ *Working Hours:* 8.00 A.M – 5.00 P.M
🛑 *Basic Salary:* Rs. 50,000
💢 *Additional Benefits:* Monthly target allowances (after probation) + Overtime pay
🔶 *Qualifications:*
✅ Passed G.C.E. A/L
✅ Knowledge of Social Media & IT skills
✅ Strong customer handling skills with a positive attitude to work in a team
✅ Good communication skills in English will be an added advantage
♦️ *Duties & Responsibilities:*
☑️ Assist and handle showroom walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and prepare quotations (mostly hotel industry clients)
☑️ Manage online orders & inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Website, and Daraz
☑️ Prepare and process online orders
☑️ Manage inventory/stock in ERP system
☑️ Coordinate logistics for timely order delivery
